1. 30-Day Returns
We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction, however, if you need to return an item, we offer 30-day returns. This means you have 30 days from receipt to request a return. The package must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted.
2. Conditions for Returns
- Products must be unused, undamaged, unsoiled, and not show signs of use.
- Products must have original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
3. Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, we are unable to cancel your order.
4. Returns Process
If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact us: Submit a return request via email or use the contact form on the website. You will need to provide details of your order and the reason for returning the item.
- Confirmation from us: Once we receive your request, we will respond within 48 business hours to confirm whether the item is eligible for return.
- Return shipping: Once confirmed, you can return the item to us via our shipping service. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective on our part.
- Inspection and processing: Once we receive your return item, we will inspect the item for condition. This process may take 30 business days.
- Refund: If the item is eligible for return, we will issue a refund within 30 business days via the payment method you used when placing your order.
5. Refund Processing Time
The refund processing time will depend on the original payment method:
For bank card payments, the refund may take 30 business days depending on the bank’s regulations.
For payments via PayPal or other e-wallets, the processing time is 30 business days.
6. Refund Method
If your refund request is approved, we will immediately take steps to refund you. Your refund will be processed and the credit will be automatically applied to your original credit card or payment method after a certain number of days, please wait.
Note: This refund will be minus the shipping cost if the return is due to your reason.

Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time for the refund to be officially credited.
Next, contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before the refund is sent.
